COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you begin.

Can results appear on a large screen?

Yes. Plan the result display with the host and video team, then rehearse the full sequence before the event.

How do you handle repeat votes?

Rules can include voting periods, reply limits, eligibility lists, mobile-number identification and manual review. The appropriate controls depend on the event.

What event sizes can we discuss?

Planning can cover events around 100, 500 or 1,000+ participants. These are planning ranges, not guaranteed concurrency limits. Larger events need testing based on simultaneous use and venue connectivity.

What information is needed for a proposal?

Share the date, audience size, intended activities, screen arrangement and preferred support. A tentative date is enough to start.
