Qualified Applicants

All companies registered with the Ministry of Economic Affairs and having business premises in the country are qualified applicants. For apply as an individual, a special application will need to submit for approval.

Needed Documents

Fill the Two-way Short Code SMS application form.
Submit

Company's “Change registration form”.
Copies of the identification card of the person in charge.
Company's operation and other relevant supporting documents (see the application form for more details).

Submit needed documents and application form to PINTrust representative or email to sales@pintrust.com.tw

Waiting on review and approval

In order to be activated on the 15th of the month, case review and approval must be done before or by the 8th of the current month.
Furthermore, if desired activation date is on the 1st of the following month, then the review and approval process must be completed no later than the 24th of the previous month.

(It takes 3-5 working days to complete the Two-Way Short Code SMS activation.)

Finish

PINTrust will send out a notification letter to the applicants once the application is approved and Two-way Short Code SMS is activated, and also provide training on the SMS platform as well.

Companies can contact the third party short code application service agent that suits their needs in the "Partners" section (navigation link) on the PINTrust website, and have third parties short code agents submit applications on their behalf.
